In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

To register and maintain a gim99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. gim99 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia. Players accessing gim99 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction are not eligible to register or play.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on gim99 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through gim99's Responsible Gaming tools or imposed by gim99 at its discretion.
• Not an Employee or Associate: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of gim99 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

To create a gim99 Account, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your Account details if any information changes after registration.
• You will not share your Account login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account.
• You will notify gim99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

gim99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point through its KYC process. Identity verification documents typically requested include a government-issued national ID card (KTP), passport, or driving licence, and may also include proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is successfully completed.

gim99 further reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to state a reason for doing so.

4.1 Deposits. All deposits on gim99 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gim99 accepts deposits via the following methods: direct bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and via the e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed within the gim99 Cashier and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. gim99 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, individual bank or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by gim99 within a target window of five (5) minutes for fully verified Accounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider's settlement schedules. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that are registered in the Account holder's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. gim99 may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts above internally defined thresholds.

4.3 Currency. All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transaction records on gim99 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. gim99 does not apply currency conversion fees on IDR transactions. Players depositing from accounts denominated in a currency other than IDR may incur conversion charges imposed by their own bank or payment provider; gim99 accepts no liability for such charges.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. gim99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. The Platform may at any time place a hold on withdrawals, request source-of-funds documentation, or report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities as required under applicable international anti-money laundering standards. Players must not use gim99 Accounts to process funds on behalf of third parties.

gim99 offers a range of Bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who are in good standing and have not been flagged for Bonus abuse or any other policy violation.
• Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit minimum, Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet-per-spin or per-match restrictions, and expiry period. Players are responsible for reading these conditions before claiming any offer.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the Bonus. Uncompleted Bonuses expire automatically at the end of their validity period, and any associated pending winnings are forfeited.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns to exploit Wagering Requirements, or misrepresenting identity to qualify for promotions — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses.
• gim99's decision on all Bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

Seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesia's cultural calendar — including Ramadhan deposit bonuses, Idul Fitri cashback offers, Indonesian Independence Day campaigns (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek) reload bonuses — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of each campaign. Promotional dates tied to lunar or Hijri calendar events are not fixed in the Gregorian calendar; gim99 publishes each campaign's precise start and end dates within the active promotion's terms.

6.1 General. All games and betting products on gim99 — including live casino tables, slot titles, sportsbook markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and virtual sports — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or market page. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules prevail in respect of that specific game.

6.2 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. gim99 offers mix parlay (accumulator) builders and voor bola (Asian handicap) lines across all major football leagues. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. gim99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or pricing feed fault. Settlement of all bets is final once confirmed by the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for Indonesian football).

6.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities. gim99 uses live casino content from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, among others. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the hand or spin will be resolved according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy, and the resolved outcome will be reflected in the Account once connectivity is restored.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gim99 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds:

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Accessing gim99 via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, interface errors, or pricing feed faults — commonly referred to as "glitch abuse" or "arbitrage abuse" — to generate artificial winnings.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process third-party funds, or conduct any transaction connected to unlawful activity.
• Impersonating another Player, gim99 employee, or any other person in connection with the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with gim99 support staff or other Players via any Platform-associated channel.

gim99 employs automated fraud detection and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to be engaged in any of the above activities will have their Accounts closed without appeal rights in respect of confiscated Funds. gim99 reserves the right to share information about confirmed fraud cases with other operators, licensing bodies, and relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the gim99 Platform — including but not limited to the gim99 brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of gim99 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any gim99 intellectual property without express prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective studios. gim99 operates under licence agreements with these providers; Players do not acquire any rights to such content through their use of the Platform.

gim99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of identity and KYC documentation, transaction records, device and session data, and communications with support.

• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account login credentials.
• Any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you during the registration or KYC process.

Where gim99's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, gim99's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your gim99 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gim99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where contact details are available, by email to the address registered on the Account. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gim99 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gim99 holds its international gaming licence. Indonesia is the primary target market of the gim99 Platform; however, gim99 operates under international licensing frameworks and is not subject to Indonesian domestic gaming regulation for the purposes of governing law.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact gim99 at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. gim99 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by gim99, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits gim99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorised use of the Platform.
